My initial interaction with a business typically starts with the basics of software training. It expands to "Bookkeeping 101" and also evolves into how to ready the financial reports that are a result of the bookkeeping. The end result gives business owners the capacity to understand as management what the financial data means and how they can use it to make business decisions. This training (if desired) really is complete training to empower the business. This training is usually on-site, although basic software training can also be done via remote access or telephone (when QBO is involved). The level of training can be different from client to client depending on specific needs.
