HOLD HARMLESS:
The User shall defend and hold harmless SHAREDTRANS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, parent, subsidiaries and other affiliates, from and against any and all damages, costs, liability, and expense whatsoever, including attorneys' fees and related disbursements incurred by reason of Your using the services of this website.
FORCE MAJEURE
If, for any reason beyond the SHAREDTRANS’ control, including but not limited to strike, labor dispute, acts of war, acts of God, fire, flood, accidents or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SHAREDTRANS, and that SHAREDTRANS under ManageQuick.com is unable to perform its obligations under the agreed Service or Subscription made by the USER, such non-performance is excused and is without further liability of any nature.
DISCLAIMER
ManageQuick.com shall not be liable for any acts or negligent acts of the USER. ManageQuick.com shall not be also liable for the internet connection and bandwidth which is provided by the USER’s ISP, network and the like.
ACCESS TO WEBSITE AND ADS
There will be ads displayed on our website like but not limited to google adsense ads or affiliate products offered by and not limited to commission junction or clickbank or there may be amazon store or individual amazon products offered throughout the website.
Service(s) offered through 3rd parties ads available in this website are not covered under these terms and conditions. User understands and acknowledges that the content of these ads is beyond our control and should the user uses the same, their privacy policy and terms and conditions shall governs the user in the usage of their services.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between YOU and SHAREDTRANS in relation to your usage our website, subscription and purchasing service of this Site. No additional provisions are expressed nor implied. This AGREEMENT supersedes any all previous oral and/or written, express and/or implied agreements.
